ARC for the individual; A unique and fresh approach!!

ARC – a very real opportunity for women to learn invaluable and transferrable skills, increasing in confidence, whilst working with the community in a positive way through Community Payback and overcoming the communities perception of offenders.

Whether the women are working as part of a team or individually they are continually improving their communication and customer service skills as well as working with Microsoft Office.

The women are enabled and encouraged with essential skills training to improve numeracy, literacy and IT skills as well as other industry led qualifications.

This is proving to be the best way to ensure that the women are given the optimum chance of rehabilitation and enabling their progression into/back into the workplace.
